You have some of the most amazing pony art I have ever seen, but, of the comics of yours that I've read, I think the page layout might need a little work. In this one, the third panel is hard to comprehend because it isn't clear what the reader should be focusing one. I think it would have been a lot easier to understand if you had a headline like "Filly Poisons Schoolmates" with a picture of Applebloom clearly visible (maybe in the center of the panel rather than a cropped picture off to the side). Again, your arts amazing, it's just the layout.
